ATHE Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development
Overview
The ATHE Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development is a 14-credit, Ofqual regulated qualification for supervisors and managers who want to improve how their teams learn and perform.
Across three focused units, you'll develop practical skills in identifying organisational learning needs, managing team performance, and driving individual development. All study is online, all assessment is assignment-based, and there are no examinations.
Modules
• Unit 1: Contribute to the Identification and Analysis of Organisational Learning Needs (5 Credits)
Understand how organisational context shapes L&D needs. Conduct learning needs analysis and agree development priorities with stakeholders.
• Unit 2: Manage, Foster and Develop Team Performance (5 Credits)
Apply the principles of team performance management. Conduct analysis, support team development and drive improvement.
• Unit 3: Manage and Develop Individual Performance (4 Credits)
Plan and manage individual team member development. Understand performance drivers and build effective individual development plans.

Entry Requirements
• Typically aged 16 and above
• Level 3 qualification in Business, Management or a related subject (or equivalent international qualification)
• Equivalent international qualifications accepted
• Basic English proficiency required (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for non-native speakers)
• A smart device (PC/Mac/Tablet) with internet connection
Course Assessment
All units are internally assessed via assignments and externally verified by ATHE. There are no examinations in this course.
Course Duration
The course can be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Learners set their own pace. Course material is downloadable and registration remains valid for 12 months.
