Course Overview
The ATHE Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development is a 14-credit, Ofqual regulated qualification for supervisors and managers who want to improve how their teams learn and perform.
Across three focused units, you'll develop practical skills in identifying organisational learning needs, managing team performance, and driving individual development. All study is online, all assessment is assignment-based, and there are no examinations. Work through the material at your own pace and submit assignments when ready.
What You Will Learn
Contribute to the Identification and Analysis of Organisational Learning Needs (5 Credits) — Understand how organisational context shapes L&D needs. Conduct learning needs analysis. Identify and agree development priorities.
Manage, Foster and Develop Team Performance (5 Credits) — Apply the principles of team performance management. Conduct analysis, support development and build high-performing teams.
Manage and Develop Individual Performance (4 Credits) — Plan and manage individual team member development. Build effective development plans.

Entry Requirements
Typically aged 16+. Level 3 qualification in Business, Management or a related subject. Equivalent international qualifications accepted. Basic English proficiency required (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for non-native speakers).
