After completing your purchase, a confirmation email should have been sent to the email address provided during payment. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
To access your courses, the support team will send a welcome email that will contact login details. Using the login details, you will then be able to start studying the course(s).
If you have forgotten your password, you may request a password reset via the login page. Should you encounter any difficulties resolving this issue, please contact support at: support@staffcpd.com (mailto:support@staffcpd.com) to request a password reset.
Additionally, if you have forgotten the password for your Management Suite, kindly contact support@staffcpd.com (mailto:support@staffcpd.com) to request a reset.
