This Level 2 Award formalises that experience with a nationally recognised qualification. You will learn how to plan your volunteering role, reflect on your personal development, work effectively with others and understand your rights and responsibilities as a volunteer.

Entry Requirements
• Age 16 or over
• Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths
• Currently volunteering or about to begin a voluntary role
• No prior qualifications required
• A smart device (PC/Mac/Tablet) with an internet connection

Course Assessment
Internally assessed and externally moderated portfolio of evidence. No exams. Evidence includes written reflections, personal development logs and a short portfolio documenting your volunteering activities and skills developed throughout the programme. A Pass is required across all units. Awarded by NCFE.
Course Duration
The course can be completed in 4-6 weeks. Learners set their own pace with no fixed schedule. Course registration remains valid for 6 months.

Course Mode
Self-study course delivered entirely online. Learners have full freedom to complete the course at their own pace with no fixed schedule or classroom attendance required.
