This is the full Level 3 Certificate for teaching assistants and school support professionals seeking comprehensive, professional-level knowledge and skills. Broader in scope than the Award, it covers the full range of school support practice — from curriculum support and inclusive learning through to behaviour management, assessment and professional development planning.

Entry Requirements
• Age 16 or over
• Level 2 qualification or equivalent work experience in a school setting
• Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
• Current or previous experience in an educational setting

Course Assessment
Internally assessed and externally moderated portfolio of evidence. No exams. Evidence includes written assignments, reflective accounts, professional discussions and witness testimonies from a school setting. Graded Pass, Merit or Distinction. Awarded by NCFE CACHE.
Course Duration
The course can be completed in 4-6 months. Learners set their own pace with no fixed schedule. Course registration remains valid for 18 months.
